The LiveFitNow Lifting Club Gives You Monthly Workouts For At Home Or In The Gym
GymYou get gym based workouts released each month on the app. This suits those who are a member of a commercial gym, or have a substantial home gym set up. Complete at least one workout per week up to four or five.

What you get:
- Workout routines each month, you can access the home or gym options (meaning you can interchange if that suits you best)
- You'll be a member of a community of like-minded people who want to lift. A supportive environment, with an in-app group where you can chat and you can request form checks if you are unsure at any time.
- Access to all home and gym workouts, you need to complete at least one workout a week, with an option to complete four or five.
- Each month the workouts will be updated with new routines, some will be themed months with an added focus in the workouts (e.g. balance, flexibility, core...) plus different training methods to test.
- Video demonstrations of how to perform each exercise and you'll track each workout within the app in order to measure progress.

It will work best from those who are beginner-intermediate level. Most advanced lifters would benefit from personalised programmes to individual goals via 1-2-1 coaching, but they would still benefit from a structured plan if they don't want to have to think about their workouts.

What you need:
- A phone (you'll download the LiveFitNow app when you sign up) and this is where you will access and record your workouts and access the community via the in-app group.
- Access to a commercial gym and/or home equipment
- A desire to get into a regular routine so you get progressively stronger
How much does it cost?
Your commitment is £29.99 per month. Averaging less than 99p a day to have a structure routine to follow every month of the year. The subscription starts on the 1st of each month, upon which payment is made and the new routines are shared.

What happens once you've signed up?
You'll receive a confirmation email with the link to download the LiveFitNow app (check your junk folder if you don't receive it within a few minutes). You will have to fill some information in as you create an account. On the 1st of the month, payment will be taken and the workouts will be shown in your training plan. You will also access the community in the app, don't forget to introduce yourself to the group. Once you've downloaded the app it is recommended you have a look around and get used to the app. You will be shown how to use the functions as you go through.
